Steven Leonardus Paulus

Steven Leonardus Paulus is a seasoned professional in the drilling and well planning sector, currently serving as Principal Engineer for Drilling and Well Planning HPHT at Equinor since May 2018, focusing on Kvitebjørn D&W operations. Previously, Paulus held various engineering roles at Equinor, Statoil, and other esteemed organizations, demonstrating expertise in HPHT development and managed pressure drilling across multiple projects. With a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from NTNU and a Bachelor’s from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Paulus also has experience as a class assistant and a student project researcher, enhancing both technical and academic proficiencies in the field. Additionally, Paulus completed management education at Harvard Business School, further complementing substantial industry experience that includes operational support and well placement services in international settings.
