Andrea Vismara is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Since January 2008, Andrea has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Head of Investment Banking at Equita. Prior to this role, Andrea was an Independent Advisor for an independent corporate finance advisory to family-owned groups from March 2006 to January 2008. Andrea's career began at Goldman Sachs as an Associate in Investment Banking from July 1990 to June 1995, followed by positions at BZW as Director of Corporate Finance until its acquisition by Credit Suisse First Boston in December 1997, where Andrea worked as Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets for Southern Europe and as a Senior Coverage Banker. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi and further education from New York University.
