Nicola Tomaiuoli is an experienced professional in the field of investment banking, currently serving in the Energy & Infrastructure sector at EQUITA since September 2023, focusing on M&A Advisory. Prior to this role, Nicola worked at Intesa Sanpaolo from November 2014 to September 2023, specializing in Energy & Utilities within Corporate & Investment Banking. Nicola's earlier experience includes a Corporate Finance position in the FIG division at EY from November 2012 to November 2014, as well as an Audit role at EY from January 2012 to April 2012. Nicola has pursued advanced education, holding a Master's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, and Control, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, both from Università Bocconi.
