Emilien Poggi

Emilien Poggi is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and business support. Currently serving as the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Equitable since January 2020, Emilien also acts as the Head of the Business CFO unit. Prior experience includes leadership roles at AXA US from August 2013 to December 2019, overseeing financial planning and analysis as well as serving as CFO for two business lines. Emilien has played a key role in significant initiatives such as the AXA Equitable IPO and managing M&A opportunities. Additional experience at AXA Global Life and AXA Group highlighted expertise in strategic planning, capital management, and financial reporting. Educated at SKEMA Business School, Emilien holds a Master’s degree in Controlling and Information Systems.
