Laura Prager

Laura Prager is an accomplished marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Paid Media Marketing at Equitable since December 2022. Prior experience includes a significant role as General Manager of Media at DISH Network from August 2016 to December 2022, where Laura managed a P&L exceeding $150 million for annual marketing investments. This role encompassed strategic and execution responsibilities across various marketing channels such as linear TV, OTT/CTV, online video, radio, podcasts, streaming audio, out of home, and print. Previous positions at DISH Network included Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Lead, and Marketing Lead. Laura began her career as a Lifecycle Marketing Intern at Microsoft in 2015 and served as a Senior Analyst at Analysis Group from 2011 to 2014. Laura holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University.
