Manuel Prendes is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent management, employee relations, and HR analytics. Currently serving as the Head of Talent, People Journeys, and HR Analytics at Equitable, Manuel has previously held senior HR leadership roles at AXA US and Guardian Life Insurance, where expertise as Managing Director and Sr. HR Consultant was demonstrated. Additionally, Manuel has experience as Director of Human Resources at the American Stock Exchange and as a Human Resources Consultant at Kemper Insurance. Educational credentials include an MBA in Management Systems from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management from The College of New Jersey.
