Vincent Xuan

Xu (Vincent) Xuan, CFA, FSA, MAAA, currently serves as the Chief Actuary and a member of the Operating Committee at Equitable since March 2024. Prior to this role, Xu held the position of Senior Vice President, Chief Actuary and Chief Risk Officer at Prosperity Life from August 2022 to March 2024. Xu has extensive experience at Equitable, including as Lead Director for Non-GAAP Valuation from July 2019 to July 2022. Xu's earlier career at Prudential Financial included various leadership roles in annuities modeling and enterprise risk management spanning nearly a decade. Xu began as an Actuarial Consultant at Accenture and worked as an Analyst at CAI Capital Partners. Academically, Xu holds a Master of Arts in Statistics from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Economics in Finance from the University of Science and Technology of China.
