Thomas Correa Jr

Thomas Correa Jr has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Thomas started their career in 2007 as an Accounting Specialist at Atlantic.Net. Thomas then worked as a Tax Accountant at MACLEAN FOGG COMPANY from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined The Warranty Group as a Senior Tax Accountant and later transitioned to the role of Senior Investment Accountant from 2014 to 2016. Since 2016, Thomas has been associated with EquiTrust Life Insurance Company, where they have held multiple positions. Thomas initially worked as a Senior Investment Accountant from 2016 to 2017 before being promoted to AVP – Investment Operations. In this role, they were responsible for managing operations strategically and providing leadership and guidance to staff. Thomas played a key role in transaction management, settlement dealing with brokers and custodians, and asset servicing for a $20B portfolio. In March 2021, Thomas was promoted to Vice President – Investment Operations, where they continue to excel in their responsibilities.

Thomas Correa Jr began their education in 2002 at the University of Central Florida, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting. Thomas completed their undergraduate studies in 2007. After a few years in the workforce, Thomas returned to academia in 2012 to further their education. Thomas enrolled at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in 2015. Their focus during their MBA program was in the field of Finance, specifically General Finance.
