Fernando Costa, G.I.T., is a skilled Project Geologist with extensive experience in geological logging and field operations, currently working at the Cu-Au porphyry Red Chris Mine since July 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Junior Geologist and Exploration Surveyor at Newmont Corporation, where responsibilities included geological logging of RC chips, technical report writing, and managing drilling operations. Fernando has also worked as a Geologist with Archer, Cathro & Associates at ATAC's Rackla Gold Property, and at Copper North Mining Corp., focusing on diamond drill core logging. Additional experience encompasses junior geologist roles at APEX Geoscience Ltd., where tasks included boulder mapping and geochemical surveys, alongside earlier work as a geology summer student. Fernando holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Simon Fraser University, earned in 2017.
