Scott Van Giezen has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Scott began their career as a Management Consultant at James Martin & Co./Headstrong, where they successfully managed enterprise-wide implementations at Fortune 500 corporations. Scott then joined Eracent as a Project Manager, overseeing multiple simultaneous implementations and developing reusable project templates.

In 2010, Scott became a Program Manager at Deltek, where they led the development of competitive consulting services and improved implementation margins.
