Maureen Moran serves as the Global Head of Talent Diversity and Inclusion at Eramet since February 2020, where responsibilities encompass defining and implementing the global Talent Management Strategy, establishing a Learning & Development function, managing the Talent Acquisition pole, and driving cultural change across the organization. Prior to Thales, Maureen held the position of Internships & Partnership Department Manager at ESTACA and worked as a Senior International Researcher at Transearch. Maureen holds a degree in Business and Languages from Ulster University.
