Matthew Arth

Matthew Arth is a Senior Regulatory Counsel at ERCOT, where responsibilities include advising on regulatory filings to the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC) and counseling management on regulatory matters. Prior to ERCOT, Matthew served as an Associate at Locke Lord LLP, representing retail electric providers and power generation companies in regulatory matters, and in various roles at the Public Utility Commission of Texas, handling multiple utility regulation cases. Matthew's early legal experience includes internships at the City of South Bend, U.S. Trade and Development Agency, and U.S. Court of International Trade, among others. Matthew holds a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Business, Economics from Fordham University.
