Fabian Brasche

Fabian Brasche is an experienced executive HR professional with a strong background in strategic human resources and transformation management. Currently serving as an Executive HR Business Partner at ERGO Group AG since July 2016, Fabian advises top management on HR and restructuring issues, coordinates international recruitment, and manages organizational changes within the restructuring program. Prior experience includes roles at E.ON as an Executive HR Business Partner & Talent Manager, where responsibilities encompassed talent management and executive search, and as part of the HR strategy team. Earlier positions at thyssenkrupp Elevator and RWE involved project management and development of HR initiatives. Fabian holds a Master of Arts in International Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a degree in Business Administration from Hochschule Bochum.
