As Ergo’s CTO, Steve delivers a practical, pragmatic approach to IT transformation for Ergo’s enterprise customers. A collaborative approach and broad technical and delivery skills has helped guide Ergo customer CIOs and technical teams to map transformation agendas that have driven increased capabilities, stability, visibility, availability as well as significant cost savings and business benefits.
Responsible for the development and growth of Ergo’s managed services business, currently servicing in excess of 400 customers who have outsourced various levels of IT services to Ergo. Strong analytical and visualisation skills have helped optimise customer platforms to deliver effective usage and adoption of technology solutions. The technical and commercial knowledge and the ability to be a thought leader amongst peers and team members have been the driving factors behind the successes that have led Steve and Ergo to significant business growth, a leading market presence and commercial success.
