Jason Gavilanes has extensive experience in customer service and training, currently serving as a Sales Rep Trainer at ergomotion® since June 2016. Initially starting as a Customer Experience Specialist, Jason managed high-volume calls and escalated issues while also contributing to special projects. In the current role, responsibilities include conducting worldwide sales and troubleshooting training on lifestyle bed bases and performing virtual seminars for industry suppliers. Prior to ergomotion®, Jason worked at Bristol Farms as a Grocery Clerk, at Master Clean USA as a Janitor, and at McDonald's in various roles culminating as a Department Manager. Jason holds a High School Diploma from Nipomo High School, attended Santa Barbara High School, and has developed strong skills in management, customer service, and team training throughout the professional journey.
