Megan Nightingale

GM, Education at Ergotron

Megan joined Ergotron in 2019 following nearly 20 years of strategic marketing and brand leadership with top food and consumer packaged goods organizations. With deep experience in innovation, customer marketing and business development, Megan leads our education business to create active learning environments for students and teachers. She is also focused on identifying new markets where Ergotron’s movement solutions can help people thrive.

She most recently worked for the NPD Group as the director of client development for the General Mills account, earning a company award for revenue growth. Megan also worked for The Schwan Food Company and launched the company’s largest new brand in two decades. At Land O’Lakes, she served as the Director of Marketing and Total Margin Management, leading end-to-end product development for the retail dairy foods business. Prior to that, she spent eight years at General Mills in various marketing roles.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Carleton College and a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on marketing and market research from Cornell University.
