Mustafa Ergun

Mustafa Ergun has a strong background in engineering and leadership roles. Mustafa worked at Ergotron as the Director of Engineering from November 2004 to April 2010, and then again as Director of Engineering starting from May 2010. Prior to Ergotron, they served as the Chief Technical Officer at Constant Force Technology LLC from January 2003 to October 2004. Mustafa also worked at Ergotron as a Senior Engineer from November 2000 to December 2002. Before that, they worked as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Hydro Raufoss Automotive Structures from January 1999 to October 2000. Mustafa Ergun began their professional career as an Associate Director at NSF Engineering Research Center for Net Shape Manufacturing, where they served from September 1993 to December 1998.

Mustafa Ergun has a strong educational background with a focus on engineering. Mustafa began their education at Istanbul Technical University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering between 1980 and 1984. Mustafa then pursued further studies at the University of Michigan, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1985 to 1987. During the same period at the University of Michigan, they also obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering. Finally, Mustafa completed their highest level of education at The Ohio State University, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Industrial Engineering from 1987 to 1993. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained an Analytics Excellence Certification from Black Hills IP in November 2017.
