Ergotron
Phil joined the Ergotron team in 2020, bringing three decades of senior leadership experience and expertise in operations and supply chain management. In his role at Ergotron, Phil is responsible for all aspects of Ergotron’s global supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, facilities, quality and continuous improvement, as well as environmental health and safety initiatives.
Phil spent much of his career at Emerson, holding roles in increasing responsibility in operations, supply chain, engineering and general management. He led teams all over the world, most recently serving as president of Emerson’s isolation valves business in Baar, Switzerland. While at Emerson, he established an innovative center of excellence for additive manufacturing and the company’s perfect execution business strategy. As a leader, Phil focuses on developing a common vision and working with his teams to find creative solutions to complex problems.
Phil received his Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota and his MBA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. Phil and his wife, Michele, live in Minneapolis. In his free time, Phil enjoys being with his family, including his new grandson. During the warmer months, if he’s not at his cabin in Wisconsin, you might find Phil cycling, swimming or walking the lakes.
