Joachim Scholz

Joachim Scholz currently serves as the Global Head of Quality Operations at Erich Jaeger GmbH + Co. KG since June 2025. Prior to this role, Joachim held the position of Head of Corporate Plant Quality at POLYTEC GROUP from January 2021 to June 2025, managing Serial Life Quality Management across all Polytec plants. Joachim's experience also includes serving as Head of Quality at Polytec Composites Germany GmbH & Co KG from January 2018 to December 2020, and previously as Head of Operational Quality at POLYTEC COMPOSITES GERMANY GMBH & Co. KG in 2017. Joachim spent 13 years at SAS Autosystemtechnik Verwaltungs GmbH, culminating as Head of Corporate Programs, where responsibilities included overseeing the implementation of all customer projects. Additional experience includes roles as Head of Quality Operations and Manager Corporate Supplier Quality at BMW Landshut from 1997 to 1998. Joachim Scholz holds a Diplom in Maschinenbau from FH Landshut, obtained between 1994 and 1999.
