Nicholas Engling, PE, SE, is a seasoned project manager and structural engineer currently employed at Ericksen Roed & Associates - ERA Structural Engineering since May 2022, focusing on the structural design of multifamily building projects. Previously, Nicholas served as a Construction Superintendent at Habitat for Humanity Portland Region from June 2021 to May 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing a 40-home development, managing trades, and coordinating construction activities. Nicholas also held the role of Assistant Site Superintendent, guiding volunteers in framing and finish carpentry. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Ericksen Roed and Associates from June 2013 to June 2021, primarily designing multi-family housing projects. Nicholas holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
