Ash Mishra

Ash Mishra is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in talent management and leadership development. Currently serving as the Global Head of Succession Management, Performance & Careers at Ericsson, Ash Mishra has previously held significant roles, including Interim Head of Global Talent Management and Head of Talent Management and Learning & Development for the Asia Pacific region. Prior experience includes serving as the Group Learning Specialist and Senior Vice President of Talent Management & Leadership Development at HSBC, as well as HR Business Partner roles at Johnson & Johnson Ltd and GE. Ash Mishra holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Delhi University.
