Nishant Rai

Nishant Rai is a seasoned professional in user experience and service design, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at Ericsson since June 2014, with roles spanning Experience Design Lead and Technical Architect. Nishant also mentors at adplist.org since November 2021. Previous experience includes a position as a User Experience Designer at Tata Consultancy Services from February 2013 to May 2014 and an Interaction Design Internship at CloudPact in mid-2012. Educational qualifications encompass a Master's degree in User Experience Design from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and Technische Universität Dresden, a Bachelor of Architecture from the National Institute of Technology Hamirpur, and additional academic exposure through the DAAD German Academic Exchange Service.
