Tina Higginbotham has extensive experience in clinical research operations. Tina is currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Research Operations at ISOThrive Inc since August 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Clinical Research Operations at Erlanger Health System starting from March 2022. Tina also held various positions at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, including Director of GI Clinical Research Enterprise since August 2018, Manager of GI Clinical Research Enterprise from December 2009, and Manager of Vanderbilt Vaccine Research Program from September 2003 to November 2009. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Manager of Clinical Research at Central Iowa Health System from October 1999 to July 2003. Tina Higginbotham began their career as a Sr. Program Specialist at the National Institutes of Health in January 1992 and served until September 1999.

Tina Higginbotham obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Mississippi University for Women between 1987 and 1989. Tina later pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree with a focus on Healthcare/Executive Leadership at Drake University, which they completed between 2001 and 2005.
