Nyima Zoutenbier

Nyima Zoutenbier has been working as a Global Business Process Manager at ERM since October 2022. Prior to that, Nyima held various roles at Arcadis from January 2015 to September 2022, including Senior Associate Business Process Manager, Associate Business Process Manager, Junior Project Manager Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), and Graduate Environmental Impact Assessment. Nyima's main focus has been on leading the global implementation of the Arcadis Way of Client Focus program, aiming to harmonize best practice business processes and IT solutions across all Arcadis operating companies.
