Hojin In has a diverse range of work experience in the field of design. Starting in 2017, they worked as a Design Intern at both KILLSPENCER® and Ernst. They then progressed to become a Junior Designer at Ernst, where they worked until 2020. Following that, Hojin In held the position of Senior Designer at Ernst for two years. In 2018, they also took on a short-term project as an ACCD Sponsor at Hyundai Motor America. In 2021, Hojin In became an Instructor at ArtCenter College of Design.
