David Morton

David Morton is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in cloud platforms and DevOps. Currently serving as Head of Cloud Platforms at EROAD since November 2009, David has also held roles such as Chapter Lead - DevOps, Team Lead - Core Services, and Systems Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, David worked at Tyco Flow Control from 2001 to 2009, progressing from Design Engineer to IT Supervisor, with experience in IT Support. David's earlier career includes a position as a Design Engineer at Invensys Appliance Controls. David holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Materials and Process Technology from The University of Waikato, completed between 1997 and 1999, and attended Tauranga Boys College from 1992 to 1996.
