Parvind Prasad

Parvind Prasad has extensive experience in technical support and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as a Technical Support Agent at EROAD since July 2022, Parvind previously held positions including Customer Support Manager at Invenco and Support Team Lead at Autogrow, where support for AgTech solutions was provided to clients globally. Parvind’s role at Travelport spanned over 16 years, culminating in the position of Technical Services Manager Mobilisation, overseeing teams in multiple locations and managing performance reviews. Parvind also served as a Computer Department Manager and Electronics Support Engineer at TecAir in Fiji, focused on the maintenance and support of airline reservation systems. Parvind holds a Diploma in Telecommunication Engineering from the Fiji Institute of Technology.
