Peter Carr

Peter Carr serves as the Chairperson and a Trustee for The Colin McCahon Trust and works as an Associate at NEWROAD Consulting. Peter holds the position of Director for Regulatory Market Development in Australia and New Zealand at EROAD and previously held roles such as Board Trustee at St Mark's Church School, Director at Marlow McGuinness Ltd, and Manager of Funding & Infrastructure at the Ministry of Transport (New Zealand). Additional experience includes acting in a national managerial role at NZ Transport Agency, and managing youth policy teams at the Ministry of Social Development. Peter's educational background includes a Master's degree in Political Studies from The University of Auckland and an Executive Master of Public Administration from Victoria University of Wellington, among other qualifications.
