Tim Mole

Tim Mole is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the Director of Technology and acting CTO at EROAD since December 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing technology and product strategy. Prior to this role, Tim held positions such as Director of Data, Analytics, and Insight at humm group, focusing on data strategy and AI, and General Manager of Data Services at Xero, where high-quality analytics and business intelligence solutions were provided for global operations. Tim's earlier career includes significant roles at Intergen, where practice leadership in Data and Analytics was established, along with management positions in software development and consultancy at Ulysses Systems, Utilyx, Barclays Bank, Glazier Systems, and ANZ. Tim holds a BSc in Computer Science and Management Science and a Diploma of Science from the University of Canterbury.
