Dilip Kumar

Dilip Kumar has extensive experience in facility and estate management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Estate Manager at Eros Group since May 2014, responsibilities include building maintenance, liaising with government departments, and managing rent and maintenance collections. Concurrently, as Facility Manager at NCPL Developer Pvt Ltd since March 2012, Dilip Kumar oversees the maintenance of various technical systems including HT/LT panels, DG sets, and HVAC units, as well as general administration and vendor management.
