The Repair segment is engaged in the repair of ships tankers and other ocean-going vessels. The Company has its workshop and repair facilities within Singapore. It also provides management and technical services. The Company also owns approximately 70, 000-square-meter shipyard with fabrication grounds in Thailand. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is engaged in the sale of consumables; repairs of vessel and related engineering services, and building of ships, tankers and other ocean-going vessels and chartering of ships, barges and boats without crew, among others.
