Rishika Darak serves as the HR & Founder's Manager at Es Magico Tech Studio since April 2024. Prior to this role, Rishika held the position of Human Resources Executive at Trijog-Know Your Mind from February 2023 to March 2024 and at SuperUs Systems Pvt. Ltd. from July 2022 to February 2023. Rishika began the career as an HR Talent Acquisition Specialist at V L & CO between January 2022 and June 2022. Rishika completed the education at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in December 2021 and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai during the period of 2018 to 2021.
