Emiline THOURET has extensive experience in production, planning, and quality management within the agro-food and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Key User for the ERP project at ESCAL, Emiline THOURET is responsible for analyzing production needs, validating ERP solutions, and training future users. Previous roles include Planning and Scheduling Manager, where Emiline THOURET established annual load plans and production organization, and Production Engineer, focusing on performance tracking and improvement projects. Emiline THOURET also has experience in Lean Management from Remy Barrere Gears SA, where initiation of Lean practices yielded significant operational improvements. Academic qualifications include a specialized master's degree in Lean Management from ECAM Lyon and a degree from UTBM.

Entreprise familiale implantée en Alsace depuis plus de 40 ans, Escal met à profit son savoir-faire culinaire pour proposer une large gamme de savoureux produits surgelés : - Escargots - Produits de la mer - Bouchées apéritives - Spécialités alsaciennes (Flammekueches, galettes de pommes de terre, ...) Ces produits sont vendus dans le monde entier sous les marques Escal, Kauffer’s, Gourmet d’Alsace et en marques de distributeurs. La production de ces spécialités se fait en Alsace, dans les 3 unités de Strasbourg, Brumath et Neunhoffen, qui emploient près de 250 personnes.
