Xiangliang (XL) Lin is the Founder, President, and CEO of ESCO ASTER PTE LTD, leading the company as a cGMP/GMP CRDMO that operates on a patented Tide Motion Adherent Cell Platform. Lin also holds the position of Founder and President at Esco Healthcare, where strategic leadership is provided for new product development and oversight of engineering, manufacturing, and validation of downflow booths and Aseptic Isolators. As the Founder, President, and CEO of Esco VacciXcell and Esco TaPestle Rx, Lin focuses on addressing global healthcare challenges through innovative vaccine manufacturing solutions and automation-centered design for medical workflows. In addition, Lin serves as Group Deputy CEO of Esco Micro Pte Ltd, responsible for market development and strategic sales initiatives across the company's life science tools. Lin received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sydney.
