Tiffany Flanagan has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Tiffany started their career at YRCW Technologies in 2006, where they held the role of Technical Consultant and was responsible for monitoring performance and capacity of the company's Windows server environment. Tiffany also served as a Manager/Supervisor, managing up to 20+ resources and staff augmentation across technology campuses. Tiffany'sresponsibilities included overseeing teams supporting various applications and managing virtual teams on projects involving outsourced vendors overseas.

In 2011, Tiffany joined Alere eScreen as the Director of IT Project Management & Communication. In this role, they managed resources and led application and infrastructure projects. Additionally, they were responsible for project management, communication, and integrations. Tiffany successfully managed outsourcing firms for several projects. In 2015, they were promoted to the role of VP, IT Services, and continued to contribute their expertise to the company.

Tiffany Flanagan has a strong educational background in business and computer information systems. Tiffany obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus in Accounting from the University of Central Missouri. Tiffany attended this university from 1991 to 1996. Additionally, Tiffany pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Baker University from 1999 to 2000, with a specialization in Business.
