Riddhima Chandani has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 with an internship at GMP Technical Solutions. In 2014, they worked as an Associate Software Engineer - QA Engineer at Accenture Services Pvt Ltd. In 2016, Riddhima joined eSentire Inc. as a System Administrator Co-op, and later transitioned to roles such as Technical Solutions Specialist and Manager, Technical Services & Deployments. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Product Manager, Smart Integrations at eSentire. In 2021, Riddhima also took on the role of Faculty Lead: IT Environment Planning at Conestoga College.
Riddhima Chandani's education history begins in 2008 when they attended the Vivekanand Education Society Polytechnic. Riddhima completed their Under-Graduate Diploma in Engineering with a focus on Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering in 2011. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Mumbai, where they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication, which they completed in 2014. From 2015 to 2017, Riddhima studied at Conestoga College, focusing on Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering. In 2021, they attended Communitech Academy for a short period to enhance their knowledge in Organizational Leadership through a program called "Where to Focus - Leadership." Additionally, Riddhima obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in February 2022.
