Wes Haycock started their work experience in 2015 as a Desktop Services Co-op at Questrade. In 2015, they also worked as an IT Co-op Student at Cooper Standard. In 2016, Wes joined Libro Credit Union as a Help Desk Administrator and later became an IT Analyst. In 2017, they joined eSentire as a SOC Analyst and was promoted to SOC Analyst II in 2019.
