Kevin Pfistner has a varied work experience history. Kevin started their career as a Volunteer at Fachklinik Fischer-Haus in 2012. Kevin then worked as an Intern and Working Student at Haufe Akademie GmbH & Co. KG, focusing on Competence Center Project, Process, and Change Management from 2016 to 2017. Kevin also gained experience as an HR Assistant at Telespazio VEGA Deutschland GmbH in 2017. Kevin then joined Daimler AG as a Working Student from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, Kevin worked at Deutsche Bank Luxembourg SA as a KYC Analyst, where they conducted client adoption, regular reviews, remediation, and evaluated complex ownership structures. During the same year, they joined FDM Group as a Trainee PMO and Business Analysis, later transitioning to the role of a Business Consultant PMO and Business Analysis. At FDM Group, Kevin underwent training in professional skills, business analysis, stakeholder management, change management, and project support office. Kevin also gained knowledge in KYC (Know Your Customer) and corporate finance. Currently, Kevin is working as a Requirements Engineer at esentri AG, starting in 2022.
Kevin Pfistner pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Psychology from the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt, which they obtained between 2013 and 2017. Kevin then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Pforzheim University, completing their studies between 2017 and 2020.
