Romana Reeb has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to 2021. Romana recently joined esentri AG in August 2021 as the Head of Human Relations. Prior to that, they worked at DDG AG from October 2020 to August 2021 as the Head of Human Resources. From 2011 to 2020, Romana held various roles at Etengo, including Department Manager, Team Leader, and HR Manager. Romana also worked as a Werkstudent - Interne Rekrutierung and completed their Masterthesis during their time at Etengo. Romana then pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Human Resource Management at Hochschule Ludwigshafen, which they obtained from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, in 2011 to 2012, Romana attended Leeds Metropolitan University to study Business, although a specific degree was not specified.
