Vanessa Germann has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to the present. Vanessa began their career as a Privatkundenberaterin at Sparkasse Karlsruhe in December 2012, where they worked until July 2016. Vanessa then transitioned to the role of Recruiting Manager IT at Etengo from August 2016 to February 2017. Vanessa further advanced their career at Megapart GmbH, where they served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant IT from February 2017 until February 2022. Currently, Vanessa holds the position of Senior HR Expert | Human Relations at esentri AG since March 2022.
Vanessa Germann started their education in 2010 at Sparkasse Karlsruhe, where they completed a degree in Bank- und Finanzdienstleistungen. Vanessa then pursued further education at SRH Hochschule Riedlingen from 2012 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie. In addition to their formal education, Vanessa obtained a certification in "Komm! Zu! Uns! Hochschulmarketing und Campus-Recruiting" from Haufe Akademie in November 2022.
