Travis offers over two years of experience working in consulting and research. Travis holds a Master of Global Affairs (MGA) from the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy at the University of Toronto,

with a specialization in Global Justice and Human Rights. As an Associate at ESG Global Advisors, Travis is responsible for supporting with a variety of ESG services for corporations and investors, which includes

doing ESG and climate change materiality assessments, research and ratings analysis, strategy development, reporting and disclosure, and education and capacity building.

Prior to joining ESG Global Advisors, Travis was a Research Assistant/Junior Consultant at the Ted Rogers School of Management’s Diversity Institute, involved with consulting projects on Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) for clients across the private, public and non-profit sectors. He was responsible for delivering client work such as EDI assessments, recommendations on EDI best practices, and EDI tools, frameworks, and strategies for social innovation.

Travis was also a Teaching Assistant at the Munk School, where he supported MGA candidates with research, policy analysis, and writing. He was also Research Assistant under the Department of Economics at the University of Toronto, and a Research and Policy Intern for AIDS-Free World.
