Alice Senso, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mining and geophysics sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Africa at ESG Solutions since March 2023, Alice has also co-founded and holds the position of COO at Jeosal Materials Research Corporation, where the focus is on developing innovative technology-based business strategies and enhancing financial governance. Previous roles include Geophysical Analyst and Geophysical Processor at ESG Solutions from 2015 to 2021, managing microseismic monitoring projects and data analysis for mining and oil operations. Alice's career began as a Production Engineer at Geita Gold Mine and included an academic role as Assistant Lecturer at the University of Dar es Salaam. Alice holds a Master of Engineering in Mining Engineering and an MBA from Queen's University.
