Yannick Charron

Yannick Charron currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at ESI Group, a position held since May 2020, after previously working as the Corporate HR Director for France and Headquarters. Prior to ESI Group, Yannick Charron was with SAS Institute from 2007 to May 2020, where responsibilities included leading all HR-related areas such as employer branding, performance management, talent acquisition, and collective labor relations. Earlier experience includes a role as Legal Counsel at PARSYS from 2001 to 2006, providing support on legal and social topics, particularly in HR aspects during a receivership. Yannick Charron holds a Law degree in Business Law from CY Cergy Paris Université and a Baccalaureate in Economic and Social from Lycée Toulouse Mirail.
