Mike Sepso has a rich work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mike is currently serving as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) for ESL FACEIT Group - EFG since October 2023. Mike is also a member of the Advisory Board - Media and Marketing for Global Citizen since August 2023. In 2018, they became an Investor and Strategic Advisor for Andbox and joined the Board of Directors for 100 Thieves. From 2019 to 2023, Mike co-founded and served as the CEO of Vindex. Mike was the Chairman of Electronic Sports Group from November 2018 to January 2020. Prior to that, Mike held senior positions at Activision Blizzard as Corporate Senior Vice President from 2015 to 2018 and at Major League Gaming as President, Co-founder, and later as CEO from 2002 to 2015. Mike also served as the Managing Partner of Legion Enterprises LLC from 2010 to 2012 and as the Co-CEO of Gotham Broadband from 1997 to 2002.
Mike Sepso earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Babson College, graduating in 1994.
