How You'll Support Our Mission

ESO is seeking a senior sales leader with an exceptional track record of success in building and optimizing go-to-market engines to help the company achieve its next phase of growth.

The Senior Vice President of Sales responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a systematic sales strategy, leveraging the company’s industry-leading solutions to drive revenue growth and market expansion 
  • Implement and refine a scalable and predictable sales process with high operational rigor across each of ESO’s customer segments; drive growth in both high velocity and enterprise sales approaches   
  • Hire, lead and manage the sales team, utilizing data analytics to provide guidance, coaching, and support, ensuring that decisions are informed by actionable insights derived from sales performance data, market trends, and customer feedback  
  • Foster a culture of healthy competition, high performance and continuous improvement 
  • Serve as a liaison between product development and sales, using market insights to shape product enhancements and strategic initiatives 
  • Define and communicate the company's value proposition effectively to both new and existing clients, emphasizing ESO’s commitment to advancing its mission. 
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement a cohesive sales and marketing strategy that supports ESO's growth and customer engagement goals.
  • Work closely with executive leadership, Board members, and investors to establish and execute company growth objectives 
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of sales strategies with the organization's mission.  

Who You Are - The Essential

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of progressive growth in sales leadership roles, ideally within a vertical market, with experience in government or healthcare being an advantage. 
  • You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams 
  • You exhibit strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals 
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization
  • You demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset 
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset.
  • You are a decisive leader.
  • You possess sound judgment and are capable of making both deliberate and rapid decisions. You are not afraid to challenge the status quo, experiment, or fail, but you ensure that all failures are smart failures and minimize losses.
