Lacey Thompson

Lacey Thompson has extensive experience in healthcare technology and support, currently serving as the Manager of HDE Onboarding at ESO since July 2016. Previously, Lacey held various positions at ESO, including Technical Team Lead & Integration Engineer for HDE, Integration Engineer for Hospital, Business Analyst for EHR, Support Team Lead, and Technical Support Analyst. Prior to ESO, Lacey worked at LogistiCare from March 2015 to July 2016 as a Verifier, ensuring the integrity of medical appointment verifications to prevent fraud in Medicaid services. Additionally, Lacey operated as a self-employed PC/Mobile Device Technical Assistance and Training provider from February 2008 to July 2016.
