Prior experience includes significant roles at stc, such as Section Manager for both Marketing and CEX Solutions and Enterprise Marketing Solutions, as well as serving as a Scrum Master. Additionally, Abdulaziz contributed to Saudi Aramco as a Project Lead and Information Security Analyst, and led an IT support team at Saudi Electricity Company. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Saudi Electronic University and recent studies at the University of Cambridge.

The Foundation serves as the hosting entity of the Esports World Cup. The Esports World Cup Foundation’s mission is to advocate for esports industry—players, fans, and businesses alike—and to support its financial stability. As a non-profit entity, any proceeds earned by the Foundation will be reinvested back to the sector. In addition to serving as the hosting entity of the Esports World Cup, the Foundation also partners with various stakeholders to create initiatives to help further advance the global esports industry.
