Stephen Morris is an experienced professional with a strong background in the utilities and infrastructure sectors. Stephen currently holds the position of Water Managing Director at ESP Utilities Group Ltd. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Amutech Limited, where they provided engineering, asset management, and technical advice to clients at the Board level.

Stephen Morris FIET FIAM completed their Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Brighton between 1984 and 1987. Later, from 1993 to 1997, they pursued an MBA from Liverpool Business School.

ESP Utilities Group

ESP Utilities Group Ltd is licensed to operate gas and electricity networks by the industry regulator Ofgem and has helped thousands across the country to make the connection. We operate the on-site infrastructure for new housing developments, for industrial and commercial premises and for communities not previously connected to the national natural gas network. Currently around 270,000 gas customers are connected to the network through pipelines operated and managed by ES Pipelines. The principal customer groups we serve are: Residential – extending the gas network to existing homes (also known as Infill), as well as adopting infrastructure for New Housing developments. Industrial and Commercial - we look carefully at each proposal to develop innovative solutions to extend the network even where previous attempts have failed.
