Patty Spurlock

Patty Spurlock serves as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition within Global Operations at Esri since November 2013, previously holding the position of Sr HR Manager in the same department. Spurlock also gained experience as an HR Manager at The Walt Disney Company in 2013 and earlier at Esri from 2008 to 2013, where leadership included managing a team of HR Partners and collaborating on international business development. Prior to that, Spurlock worked as a Human Resource Consultant and Store Manager for La-Z-Boy, overseeing HR functions across multiple retail locations. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Chapman University and a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from the University of Redlands.
