Carla Beckerle, DNP, APRN-BC has a diverse work experience. Carla began their career in 1976 at BJC HealthCare, specifically at Northwest Healthcare. Carla worked there for 35 years until 2011. In 2002, Carla joined Esse Health where they held various roles including Adult Nurse Practitioner, Director of Clinical Programs, and Vice President of Clinical Programs. Carla remained with Esse Health until the present time.
Carla Beckerle, DNP, APRN-BC has an extensive education history. Carla obtained their Doctorate in Nursing Practice with a focus on Adult Medicine from Saint Louis University in 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health also from Saint Louis University in 1989. Carla'sundergraduate education was at the same institution, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
In addition to their academic achievements, Carla holds several certifications. Carla obtained an Adult Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Jewish Hospital College of Nursing and Allied Health. Carla is also certified as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse by the State of Missouri. Furthermore, Carla has a Master Certificate in Lean Six Sigma awarded by Villanova University. Finally, they are a Registered Nurse licensed by the State of Missouri.
